[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My IdeaPad Slim 5 lasted only a few days before it crashed and reported, "Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failed". The Windows installation was corrupted. While I was able to reinstall Windows with Lenovo's recovery utility, I could no longer trust the computer to be reliable. I returned it for a refund.
I am generally very happy with Lenovo products and I know that defective products occasionally escape into the wild, so it's very possible that I got a bum unit. Fortunately, the return process is relatively straightforward. You must return it within 30 days.
