Have already had issues with the OS software. My bad ordered the wrong one but the website is a little fuzzy on that issue. It said home and office. We have a small office so I thought that one would work. Wrong, tried to call in to correct the issue. Was cut off once and transferred twice. I just bought local and had an I.T. company get the unit up and running. As far as the laptop itself, the power cord connection and ethernet connection are not good. We have had issues with both being really loose. We have purchased at least seven different ThinkPads and I like this one the least. I would not buy it again based on this experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
