I wish there was clearer instructions on set up, as well as more information on how to use the "productivity" as well as finger pad use. I also wish they had clearer explanation of the products that were additonally purchased with device. Computer is fast, but glitches with streaming apps in full screen. I also wanted to use it for its touch screen, but dont know how. I like lenovo because its reliable and fast, however if they had an easier setup (ie more explaining of what youre clicking on and what you are trying to get out of computer) theyd be much more competetive with apple.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It easily handles all of his engineering software and the video and gaming needs of a teenager as well as remains portable enough to do homework on the way between club soccer games. He just connects to his mobile hot spot and remains productive even with his busy schedule. The best part is that we also purchased the tech installation and warranty to allow the RAM and computing power to grow with him through his schooling. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is ok in general, but really inconvenient that the only USB-C port has to be used for charging the laptop, if you need to connect an USB-C accessory the you need to use a dock station.
