Comes with Windows 11, I've had no issues using this laptop thus far. I suggest buying the dock for it as well since you might need extra USB ports. Highly recommended for basic gamers or regular users.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The layout and keyboard size is far from ideal and the 2nd day I tried to use the brand new laptop it didn’t work. I was told by a support technician I would have to manually update drivers. The speakers produce a rusty/static noise when listening to people on WebEx/Zoom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
