I purchased this Lenovo laptop to a replace a five-year old Lenovo laptop that was starting to show its age. Having been pleased with the reliability of the former machine, I decided to stick with the brand. A factor in the timing of my purchase was a sale that allowed me to get a more powerful machine for the price of a less powerful model.
The new machine is working well, so far. It's only one month old -- time will tell.
