[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this model in our last house, and it was a necessity for our kitchen remodel in our current house.

Fridge could be better
on August 18, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for the older model. I am not as impressed. The door shelves are poorly designed especially on the bottom. Just about nothing fits. The fridge door itself bumps into your feet when you open it, super annoying! Minimal depth for such a large piece;there should be more space inside.Overall I think the design is less than stellar. I expected more thoughtful design.

Good day, Malka! We're sad to hear that the refrigerator didn't match your expectations. I understand the unfavorable reviews you have seen regarding our appliances. We do read reviews on our appliances, take every inquiry very seriously, and handle each concern on a case-by-case basis. Reviews are based on consumer opinions, and there are cases where we are unable to provide the resolution that our consumers are hoping for. As a consumer myself, we all know that we will more often see problem concerns online than positive reviews, as that is just in our nature. A strong focus for our company is addressing issues, concerns, and design feedback brought to light by reviews. If you have other concerns, please let us know! You may contact us at 1-800-374-4432, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m. EST, and we will dive right in. We look forward to hearing from you!
Best,

Frigidaire pro freezer/fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the unit installed about a month ago and it has been so nice to have the extra space. Food is preserved so much better than our old fridge, which was only a couple years old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the fridge. It has tons of space, but could definitely use more drawers at the top instead of at the very bottom.

Looks and functions great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looks great, especially once the trim kit is on (however the trim kit is finicky and difficult to take on and off). There's not really a cheese drawer... the drawer in the middle is a vegetable crisper. Wish there was another drawer in the middle for cheese and lunch cuts. Over great so far!
