Came broken.

Posted by: Doctors Office
Bought 2 of these fridges for work and the
temperature panel inside is broken for one of them. The company we purchased it from sent a repair person but the delays for the service and getting the new part has been lengthy. 5 weeks and still no repair. Very disappointed. Shouldn’t there be quality control before the fridge leaves the factory?

We appreciate you taking the time to review your new unit. It is disheartening to learn that you have had this experience with your fridge and with service. Please know that it is Frigidaire’s goal to use some of the finest quality materials available and sophisticated assembly processes to assure manufacturing accuracy. Although we place a great deal of emphasis on quality control, there are occasions when even the best products may malfunction. Nonetheless, we plan to do all that we can to ensure your appliance is functioning the way it should. We are sorry to hear about the delayed repair. We want to learn more and see if we can help. Be on the lookout for an email from us. ~Keyanna

Lots of Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for three weeks now and it fits my space perfectly. I purchased through an online retailer and had installation challenges but Frigidaire took care of them. The refrigerator is very quiet. The special ethylene dioxide filter for the crisper drawer was a pleasant surprise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the fridge a few weeks ago, so wonderful to have a fridge that fits everything for our large family! Best feature that we didn't expect was the water dispenser, cleverly hidden but easy to use. Highly recommend and great value for the price.

Plenty of Space and Aesthetically Pleasing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge has plenty of space for our big family and looks beautiful in our kitchen. I love the slide out shelf on the bottom and all the storage in the door. The water being inside the fridge is a great feature as well.
