[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited to get the single refrigerator and freezer. Unfortunately just a few weeks from installation, our refrigerator stopped cooling and currently does not get below 50 degrees. We had to wait a week for a repair person to come take a look at it. He literally looked at the information on the sticker inside the door and told me he would get parts ordered and hopefully be back in a week. Very disappointing. Thank goodness for our local store where we purchased it....they have been so helpful getting us a repair person. The space is amazing in both the refrigerator and freezer and they look beautiful in our new kitchen. I am just hoping they eventually get the refrigerator repaired....I have heard horror stories about this new version they are selling.

Side by side happiness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with Frigidaire and the new side by side refrigerator and freezer set we purchased. Yes it took up to 2 years to get them in and some repairs had to be made upon receiving them but over all the wife is happy and so I’m happy!!

Much Improved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this 19 Cu. Ft. Refrigerator to replace our previous refrigerator and are very pleased with improvements over the same model series. A most welcome new feature is the water dispenser right inside the door -- no worries about "dribbles" down the front door and leaving a smooth, uncluttered outer finish. Filters are much easier to replace as the location is easily accessible and the door shelving has been redesigned to include greater space on some shelves (easier to put larger items like milk containers). The drawers in the main space are much usable with new features to better keep food at the appropriate temperature.

Great Refrigerator & Reasonable price

Magical appliance

We are still waiting for the trim kit to complete the look but we are very happy with the function of both units. We heard a hum the first week or so but now it’s silent. Excellent, pretty, spacious.
