Skuttle filter

I was disappointed with the overall structure of the filter. Its a tight fit into my air handler. When I pressed on the side to install it, the side buckled. I had a hard time getting it in the handler and I didnt want to damage the filter. This filter lacks strength.

I bought 3 filters (20 x 25 x 5) last month (May). Actual size is 19-7/8 x 24-3/4 x 4-3/8. I'd like to exchange the 3 that I bought for the right size. I did how ever open 1 filter. can I get some assistance? Thank You.
