A bit disappointed with the packaging of the first shipment because of the damage to all four of the filters. But impressed with the rapid response to get the second shipment to me. I bought these in anticipation of their need so I have not installed any of them yet.

The filter does not fit! I did not realize that it would be longer and wider than the specified 16x25x5. Not sure if I will purchase again unless I am certain that it will be the correct size.

these 2 filters were a little to big for my york gas furnace so i had to crush the end of filter to make it fit . i am not real happy with my experience of the filters & probably won't order again.

I have always had a washable filter so I was not thrilled in one that you used for 6 months and through away; but this has exceeded my expatiation.It has been in about 3 months now and is a grey color so it must be stopping some of the oily black that is all over the upstairs (ruined drapes and curtains, also all over the rugs and everything else in the rooms.) If you have this type of problem might want to give this filter a try.
