I thought I was buying an original Manufactures replacement (Honeywell). Your advertisement is misleading. I thought I was buying the original product - not a substitute.

I had a hard time figuring out what depth to buy (4 or 5") and they were very patient. The filters came in only a few days and are perfect. I will most definitely buy from them again the next time I need filters!

The filters seem to be really good quality. I was a little disappointed that both shipping boxes were smushed. I checked the filters inside both boxes and under the smushed areas each filter has dents, but I think the filters will work just fine. I appreciated everything else about the buying experience.
