Backlit keyboard is useful - I should have checked that it was touchscreen as the last HP had this feature, and you start to tae it for granted

I had to replace an old HP laptop as it wasn't performing well, poor battery and software was out of date. The new one works really well and was fairly easy to set up. Most stuff transferred over. Feel safe and happy using this one. The AI that I can now access is helpful.

I like the keyboard, especially the numeric pad. I would have preferred the keyboard to be backlit. The processor is powerful and all my tasks are completed speedily.
My previous HP laptop required a new battery, and to replace it proved difficult as the case had been glued. The case cracked in the process. I hope this will not be the case with this current laptop ,if it requires a replacement battery.

Clear screen and keyboard. Mix of static connected to large screen and lugging to meetings.
Only issue I have is when using the keyboard I sometimes accidentally touch the built in mouse pad and end up typing in another place in the document.
