With so many laptops to choose from, it can be difficult to decide and sort through all the components which is why I chose to build the one I bought. It pays to lay out what your requirements are and then match that to what is for sale. Being able to specify my requirements was the main reason I chose HP along with the fact that my previous HP was 10 years old and still working fine except for the battery. I decided to update as opposed to trying to replace the battery. I am very happy with my purchase outside of the fact that the keyboard contains a number pad which I somehow missed/don’t really like/not used to but since I wanted a 17” screen, it must have some with that option. The set-up was easy as was transferring/figuring out what Apps to use with Windows 11. I did purchase Microsoft 365 suite (didn’t include Access—why??) as I refuse to pay for another subscription Cloud service and where I live the Internet can be sketchy which challenges Cloud access. The ordering process was easy and delivery fairly quick. This brand is trustworthy and reliable.

The HP 17tcn300 is a very good laptop. I like everything about it and it works fantastic The 17" screen is enjoyable to use. The set up was easy and very straight forward. Also using Laplink made moving from the old pc to the new one easy, quick and without issues.
This laptop is used daily for home uses and occasionally for a small business.
I would definitely recommend HP, and this laptop.

Over all, it's a good solid product. My only complaint is it didn't come with the option for a back lit keyboard. That should be a standard across all models these days.
