The Quality of the Laptop is not very good. The USB-C port started to fail from the very get go. The Support is non existant. Every Support Personel wants to check your machine even when the bad USB-C was already established.

This laptop functions well but I wish the screen was brighter and the volume louder. The keyboard is a little awkward, different from most laptops so my fingers end up in the wrong places and I have to check and readjust. Other than that is works fine and it does have a nice wide screen. I opted for the anti glare which I’m glad about, and it’s not too heavy considering the size.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. However, I customized my machine to include a backlit keyboard, which I paid extra for. Sadly, the machine I received does not have the backlit keyboard. Once HP has made this right, I will complete my review.
