I have found this HP laptop is very hard to maneuver in it. I’ve never worked on a HP laptop or desktop computer before. This could possibly be the problem that I’m having. Each computer company has their own operating system.

Edge to edge screen, rapid start and number key pad were requirements for me. Perfect size for all my apps using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Would rather have more USB ports. I’d buy this again.
