Seems pretty good overall. The battery life seems pretty short (~50% after 1-2 hours of use) but not necessarily shorter than advertised.

I am very happy with this laptop which will be used by our pastor but I wish it had more USB ports. This laptop is the fourth computer I purchased for myself or church in the past three years and we are preparing to purchase a large desktop to handle all of our audio/visual needs. The only thing I will never do is purchase any software along with my order. I purchased MS Office 2024 but never received any info on how to activate or a product-key. It took over a week and a one hour zoom call to finally install the software.

Very lightweight. Nice looking, thin. Was fairly easyvto set up and transfer files from old computer. Fast and quiet. I really only use it for email and online shopping. Occasionally use it for a word, powerpoint or excel.
