Delivery to the east coast with no issue. Delivered arrangement based on my requested date. When have questions to customer service, got very professional answers. The hood range is very powerful and fits Chinese cooking requirement.

This Robam range hood is truly the highlight of the room. The premium look is off the charts; the black glass panel is like a piece of art, and the touch controls are highly responsive. The smoke extraction is top-notch, saying goodbye to a greasy kitchen forever. Cooking is now a pure joy. An absolute must-have for elevating home happiness!

I bought this range hood one month ago, installed ourselves. Not too hard to install!
So far we love it so much.
Previous our cabinets and kitchen ceiling are always oily, now they are super clean.
I used to cook 5 steaks together, and the range hood works so well, no smoke leakage, and the smoke alarm kept quiet.
I also love the hand gestures control, you don’t need to touch the screen while cooking.
However, it is way too powerful, and I only use low power now, never need high settings
So far we love it so much.

老板牌 R MAX3 油烟机用了以后很满意，必须五星好评！外观简洁大气，做工很有质感，装在厨房里非常显档次。吸力很强，平时炒菜、爆炒产生的油烟都能很快吸走，厨房里基本闻不到太重的油烟味。运行时噪音也在可以接受的范围内，操作简单方便，日常清洁也比较省心。整体使用体验非常不错，颜值和性能都在线，值得推荐！

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very sleek. I luv the style. Suction odor n smoke very well. Operating it with just your hand is a plus plus with me. With all that being said, it is very loud. Beyond level 3, the sound is unbearably loud. It was supposed to be one of the quietest one in the market and that is misleading. The light source is so weak that i can barely see what I am cooking without turning on all the lights in my kitchen. The other thing is trying to understand the manual, though it was written in English also, I could barely understand some of it. A lot of guess work when reading the instruction. Price is not cheap but it does the work getting rid of smoke and odor, so far. I dont regret buying it because I think the performance is solid but if they dont improve the sound n the light source...would I buy another one? UnfortunatelyI hv to say no.
I would recommend this to a friend!

吸力很强，炒菜时油烟基本都能快速吸走，声音也在可以接受的范围内。外观简洁大气，操作方便，挥手控制很容易！整体很满意，性价比不错。

安装完成后使用了一段时间，整体非常满意。老板 R-Max3 外观简洁大气，灰色玻璃面板比图片更好看，更有质感。安装后和厨房整体搭配得很好。吸力很大，实际使用时吸烟效果很好，炒菜时油烟基本都能及时吸走。手势控制很方便，平时做饭不用弄脏按键。
