[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our over-the-range microwave with this Robam hood and the difference is night and day. We do a lot of stir-frying, and the old microwave fan just couldn't keep up — smoke would fill the kitchen every time. This one actually captures the smoke at the source. It's noticeably quieter than our old unit, the stainless steel wipes clean easily, and it looks much more modern. We had a pro install it to replace the microwave. If you cook Chinese food regularly, this is the upgrade worth making.

I am really impressed with this range hood. The white finish looks amazing uper clean and modern. It blends perfectly with my kitchen.
The suction is powerful and does a great job removing smoke and odors while cooking. My kitchen (and house) stays fresh now.
Also, the included cast iron pot is a nice surprise great quality and very sturdy. Overall, very happy with this purchase!
