Purchasing replacement filters

I love the product however I am not thrilled with the process of ordering replacement filters. Your website does not make it easy to just order filters. I find that the push to suck me into a subscription with automatic shipments and payments for replacement filters is quite frustrating. I was able to get around it, but it was not a pleasant experience. I also feel that in a few months, Puroair will inform me that they will be shipping replacement filters and charging my credit card even though I did not opt in for this service. I'm curious to see what happens in a few months.

I didn’t know or understand what I was breathing until I changed the filter in my PuroAir 240 unit. The various filter unit speeds are also very appreciated. I will always be using PoroAir!

Subscription that is literally killing me

I thought I bought some air purifiers but I actually signed up a lifetime subscription model that suck me dry until the day I day.
