Needs more refinement

It's a refined device but there's still lot of improvement needed. It's still gives issues transferring data from previous version of this phone. It's Sad!

Smart Switch is a convenient app that lets you quickly transfer files from your old phone to a new Galaxy phone. Data from synced accounts cannot be transferred with Smart Switch but will appear on the new device once you've logged in to the account. Here's the content that Android devices can transfer to one another: Personal content: Contacts, S Planner, Calendar, Messages, Memo, Call logs, Clock, Samsung Pass, Secure Folder, and Internet. App data: Images, Music (DRM free content only), Videos (DRM free content only), Documents, Story Album, and Applications. Settings, etc: Email, Wallpaper, Lock screen, Radio, and Preferences. We would love nothing more than to assist you with whatever you may be experiencing with your new Galaxy S24 Ultra but without having any details available and without being able to ask you any follow up questions, I recommend reaching out to Samsung Support for further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting at your earliest convenience. The First and Best AI Phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone. I love beautiful bright display. Camera is top notch. Low light photos and night shots are great. Love all the AI features specially the live call translation. Very helpful for daily use. The three stars on side where I can use AI is a nice feature. Also new easy search with the help of AI by just circling the particular part of picture or any where on screen is a unique feature no other phone has. Also love the big screen for watching movies and playing games. Games are very smooth. Overall I love Galaxy Ultra 24 AI phone. I had Galaxy Note 10 + 5G, which I had for almost 4 years. Never ever had any slowdown or screen Crack on that and didn't want to replace my Note 10 but owning Ultra 24 AI now, I don't regret. Samsung has a very good build quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to buy the new Galaxy S24 Ultra because I had the S23 Ultra, but I couldn't resist the awesome pre-order and trade in offer Samsung had on their site.
I am so glad that I got this phone! The S24 Ultra is AMAZING!! I couldn't believe how fast and smooth this phone was! The difference from my S23 Ultra is huge! This phone is so much more than I expected. I can't say enough about the speed. The camera is fantastic! My pictures are so detailed and vivid, my videos are incredible. I absolutely love the editing features. I almost feel like a professional!
The AI features are insane! There is so much you can do! I'm constantly circling things to see what the AI comes up with. It has not let me down.
One of the greatest features is the Live Translate. I can finally talk to my aunts and cousin's in Italy without them making fun of my broken Italian. It's very impressive.
I'm having a great time with the AI customizations available on the S24. I can create fantastic wallpaper, themes and everything I need to make my phone unique work of art.
There is just so much to do! All the AI features are really something out of this world! I'm looking forward to seeing what Samsung comes out with in the future.
This is by far the best phone I've ever had!

Beautiful phone with blazing fast feaures

Our phones have brought the people that live the furthers closer to our lives . From my S24 Ultra to my original Samsung Note 1 we have come to a new level of quality, bringing AI can further and has improved my picture editing skills and allowing me to bring smiles to the mass. With the assistance of AI translation I no longer struggle with communicating with other cultures. Samsung is not the only winner humanity is.
