I have to say that I was very surprised and happy with the cherry pellets. I used them to smoke our Thanksgiving Turkey and loved the flavor it gave the bird. The smell of the was sweet and it burned very clean. I would recommend the cherry pellets for any poultry, pork, or fish. Well done.

These are my favorite so far and my go to pellets for everything from brisket to ribs to chicken, and anything that gets thrown on the grill, fish, burgers, hot dogs, and vegetables too! Great quality pellets.
