Bear Mountain BBQ pellets are awesome. Have never been disappointed. The Cherry may be my favorite, along with the Bourbon BBQ. Great flavor without being overpowering. I love the Oak, Cherry, Bourbon BBQ, and Pecan. I prefer the milder smoke flavor to the heavier Mesquite or Hickory
