Compact, useful functionalities, design can be imp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This compact microwave has a few functionalities that our old MW didn’t have: 1. sensor reheat, which lets the MW sense how long food has to be reheated without having to input a duration. I tried with chunky soup and it exploded before the MW stopped heating. To be fair, that functionality is not supposed to work on liquids. 2. Keep warm: keep food warm for up to 30min (low power); useful when one dish is ready but sides aren’t. 3. Sensor cook: input type of food and weight and MW will cook as per its programs e.g. rice, pasta, quinoa, fish. A few things bothered me: 1. the rotating plate is very high in the MW due to big rollers. This MW is already compact, and we are losing an additional 1/2” because of the rollers. See photo. 2. The electrical plug is not 90deg angled which takes a lot more space as our outlet is behind the microwave. Instead of being 1/2” from the wall, the back of the MW is over 1” from the wall. We used an extension cord that is 90deg angled. For a compact MW, it should have been thought of. 3. The buttons don’t respond well all the time. Sometimes have to push twice, including the open door button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had a Panasonic microwave and it lasted for many years. The door finally was faulty so I decided to get a new one. This white design has a very sleek and clean look. It comes with child lock but you could easily disable it. It has all the functions you need and the smooth design makes cleaning easy. It’s a very powerful microwave and you can easily adjust the power.
