USB port has stopped working

For what was charged for this, it should be bullet proof - but after less than a year, the USB port has stopped working... making this an over-priced HDMI to USB-C adapter. Really disappointing

We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty with DKT30CHD. This is not expected behavior for our multiport adapter. The DKT30CHD includes a 3 year warranty. We will be reaching out to perform some troubleshooting and, if deemed defective and within warranty, help facilitate a replacement.

Unfortunately thee adapter does not support power outlet throughput. This is very useful to allow your notebook batterij charge through the adapter on just 1 usb c connection. Now I still need 2 ports. One for power and one for the rest.
