Issues with smaller quantities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main complaint is that if I don’t have a large amount in the bowl it will not mix it as the attachments don’t reach it. Which makes smaller batches difficult as well as mixing my yeast for it to bloom.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Much improved model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced another working Kitchenaid stand mixer that was about 3 or 4 years old. They fixed so many things in the new model. The speed control works much better, more like my 45 year old Kitchenaid. The beater is a better shape and the whip attachment is much easier to clean meringue off. Many things were fixed with this new model. Works more like a Kitxhenaid should.

Wonderful investment

Since purchasing, I have made French bread, white bread, cinnamon rolls, masa for tamales, and gingerbread! It takes the labor out of mixing dough. It inspires me to bake.

Must-Have Kitchen Tool!

Great except for the availability for attachment o

I’ve made many different things with it and I have the pasta roller and cutter, the food processor attachment and the ice cream maker. My concern is the size of it and being able to purchase bowls, beaters, dough hooks etc. it doesn’t seem to have any other bowl available other then the metal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
