Excellent product, have used these for about 20 years, the Arc 5 is the best. The only downside is that I have 3 of these, the older ones have stopped working or something else has gone wrong with them after a few years
I would recommend this to a friend!

My husband loves this shaver. It’s lightweight and easy to use. He loves the built In finishing razor for around the ears and back of the neck. This razor gives a smooth shave without irritation.

Hard to believe that Panasonic still hasn't figured out how to address hair clippings getting into the trimmer mechanism and going all over the place. This is my third Panasonic electric shaver, and I still don't understand why they insist on using a proprietary charger and plug design. Gives a respectable shave and has good battery life but due to the failure to trap hair properly it requires wiping down the bathroom counter after a few shaves.
I would recommend this to a friend!

longevity of the razor and short warrenty

I bought the Arch 5 a month and a half ago. It does not come anywhere near the performance level of my last razor, a 9 series Braun which made to nearly 8 years of use before the motor died. At the time the motor failed the battery was still usable. I also own a Philips Norelco which comes with an extensive warranty. After reading the reviews by others what worries me is complaints about longevity and battery life, both of which would appear to become issues right after the users warranty ends. What worries me even more was your canned responses, specifically that the device could be shipped to a service center for repair or battery replacement. No one should have to spend between 30 and 50 percent of the cost of a new razor for the repair of an electric razor that died after just two years.

Great choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a premium wet/dry electric shaver. My husband finds it easy and comfortable to use. It has about 40 minutes battery life which great! Works well with foam/ gel.

Reviews over sold it. No closer shave than my dull blade Braun S5. Also noisier than expected considered it was rages as one of the quietest foil shavers.
