Baking with an extra set of hands

Only last 3 weeks before breaking!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 weeks ago and the arm that raises and lower the bowl broke internally. My first Kitchen Aid lasted forever and is still working but gave it to my mother in law.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement KitchenAid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer was bought to replace my 1980s KitchenAid. It was fun using the new machine for my holiday baking. It is quieter than my old machine, which had gotten very noisy over its lifetime. I like all the new speeds on this mixer. The feel of the bowl lift lever seems less robust than my old machine. Time will tell.
