Awkward

This model is more awkward to use than one I had for about 30 years. It's hard to get the bowl on, it's awkward to get the paddle on because of the bowl position, it doesn't seem to go to the edge as much as the old model, and it used to come with two bowls but you can't get a second bowl with this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Jury is still out on this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixer on 4-10-25 and the jury is still out on it, for me. My old mixer had a tilt-up option that was useful when the bowl and/or attachment needed scraping. With this new mixer, I have to remove the bowl order to scrape it and/or change the attachment. If what I'm mixing is on the liquid side, a mess is made by droppage off of the attachment. Other than this inconvenience, I appreciate the size of the bowl, the various attachments and the large range of mixing speeds. I believe it is worth the price.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and it definitly lacks power somehow. I made 1 batch of pizza dough… 6 dough balls which is very minimal and it was struggling with a warm motor and struggled to turn. I was dissappointed

I bought this bowl lift mixer a year ago and it’s been great. I make a lot of sourdough bread and it has been really easy to use. Super strong and easy to use. No complaints or issues. I highly recommend it
