[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clear plastic splash shield doesn’t futon the bowl. Also the bowl is very difficult to attach to the mixer. Other than that, it works great!

Fantastic power, really smooth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family bought this for me as a birthday gift. I had been using a 15 year old stand mixer from another brand. And let me tell you, you can tell the difference! Mixing time basically is cut in half and I'm not worried that the beater is just gonna stop moving in thick doughs! Don't even get me started on how much faster it is to get whipped cream! Definitely an upgrade and worth the money! I can see this mixer lasting a long time, it is well built but still lighter than I was expecting. The bowl was a bit tricky to figure out and you have to be sure that the lever to raise or lower the bowl is fully secure. Once you have those things down you will be searching for new recipes so you can use all the attachments!

Love the mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as a gift. Absolutely love this mixer. My mother has the tilt head style and has to move it all the time. With this bowl lift, there’s no reason to move for clearance. The lack of manual, book or any kind of guide was very disappointing. Good thing moms came with all sorts of info for all her attachments and speed usage. Not sure why you wouldn’t include this information. And I shouldn’t have to hunt it down to download. A machine at this price point should come with some instruction.
