Good, but could be sturdier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product, just be careful about speed with doughs! I use this mainly for baking bread and heavier dough base recipes, and the unit starts to shake aggressively if you turn it past speed 2. I wish there was a more substantial lock for the bowl arm too when I the raised position, the speed 2 mixing has shaken the bowl loose and made it drop into the low position a few times, I’ve only had this for a month or so and it’s a consistent issue. Would probably mark 3 1/2 stars if an option. For this price I was hoping for better balance in the machine.

Not very strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my 25 year old epicurean mixer that had finally failed. Despite having a bigger motor this is not nearly as strong and already lags when mixing bread. I think it would be fine if you were using it for cookies cakes and other light things but if you’re making bread dough you don’t want this wish I would have tried to fix my old one.

Great Investment, Worth the Money $$
