Works great for making GF bread

Best Improved Machine to Date

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of all my kitchenaid mixers I have owned, this is by far my favorite. The new 1/2 speed that allows powders to mix without making a mess is a feature I have been wanting for years. The new design on the bowl rim and shield allowing the shield to lock onto the lid is also a huge improvement. Lastly the new motor is super quiet, a huge difference over my previous 2. These mixers are already awesome but they seem to keep making them better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powerful, but Head Doesn't Tip Back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Powerful mixer, but I thought the mixer head tipped back like earlier models. The bowl does move up and down, but not enough to easily remove the bowl without removing the mixing attachment first. This is a drawback.
