The only Cons that I can think of

saves so much time and sore arm with this, with the amout of time it saved its worth the whole machine ane more.
besides dough, i sometimes make meatball or burger pattie with this, again, stir well with enough power and just a must have at the kitchen
It is much heavier than I thought, but at the same thing that weight is what making it stable during spinning

Bowl Lift Mixer Review

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a recent purchase and I am still getting used to a stand mixer vs hand mixer and I expect with more use my rating will go up. So far for me I find it restrictive in getting ingredients in as it is mixing. I have not yet used the attachment for this as it was a couple minor things to throw in and didn't warrant putting on the other attachment but the clearance available to dump a small thing in wasn't great. I have found that the beaters are not picking up everything from the bottom of the bowl so that requires stopping and dropping the bowl down to use a spatula. The other part that will take some getting used to is the clunkiness of the attachments and getting them on and off while the bowl is attached is not very smooth even with the bowl lowered. However, I chose that method instead of taking the whole bowl off. I have used the whisk, both of the scraper attachment, the regular attachment, and the dough hook so far. I did not have good results with my buns rising with the dough hook and am not sure what happened there and if it was something I got wrong, but will be trying again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
