Birthday surprise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and son-in-law gave it to me for my birthday. I've used my tilt top Kitchenaid for over 30 years and Always wanted the bigger one. I even measured the over counter cupboards when I was buying my new home to make sure there was enough clearance for it to sit on my counter. I didn't have that in my old house. I love it. I'm so happy to have been given it. So far everything has worked great. It has so much more control in the speed know. It goes so slow if needed but I whipped egg whites and it was so fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Professional 6qt lift mixer for nearly.20 years and loved that one. The new one is much quieter than my old one but seems slightly less powerful. It does handle heavy mixing such as kneading bread dough and large batches of cookie dough.
I would recommend this to a friend!
