Stiff peaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took some adjustments to get the wisk to create stiff peaks, and I need to run it a bit faster than some recipes call for. Side from that I'm pleased with my purchase

It lasts, it sturdy (albeit heavy), and is wonderfully versatile; I have used it for many different things from mixing dough to whipping to mixing salads (yes, haha).
