I love this iron. It makes quilting and iron enclose so much easier without having the cord to mess with. The water tank is big and stays filled for a very long time. I’ve had it a few months now and use it daily.

This is my 3rd cordless from Panasonic. Love all the new features: wider, higher wattage, stays hot longer, has more weight, bigger water tank. Improvement can be made with the water tank - it needs to be a tighter fit - it shakes while ironing. Overall, it’s a great purchase. I will never go back to a corded iron and Panasonic delivers on excellence- I’ve tried other brands and there is no comparison. Highly recommend.

Cordless - a convenience I didn't know I needed

I had a cordless iron years ago that stopped working and replaced it with a cheap, corded, low wattage, low-cost iron. I missed it. Now that I'm limited to chemical-free cotton and linen fabrics, I need a higher wattage iron to soften and get rid of wrinkles.Lightweight. A joy to use. I'm even ironing towels now. this iron does the job.

I previously owned the 1500 watt stainless steel cordless iron. I loved that iron, but it just did not get hot enough. It quit when I cleaned it the last time. I thought this one would be the answer. I was septical about the ceramic sole plate. I had reason to be. It does not glide like the stainless steel. It builds up static electricity and then whatever you are ironing sticks to the sole plate when you lift the iron. What I wish for is a more powerful than 1500 watt stainless steel sole plate cordless iron. AI could not find one for me.

Has lots of steam and I love the longer auto shut off time. It doesn’t spit or leak and since it’s is cordless it’s convenient to use for home and travel.

Iron doesn’t stay hot when you do ironing on material for more than 1-minutes very bad design. Even you have keep connected on hot button for more than 6-7 minutes
