I love family and friends game night and this 18+ game is fun, tricky and full of laughs ! Each card has a mix of words or numbers that look meaningless but actually have hidden meanings. There are Three levels: Easy, Medium and Hard
Up to 3-8 Players. Going to be honest with you, Im not great at this game but Im bringing it to my family Christmas get togethers!

My hubby and I tried a round and we completely enjoyed playing it, I can't wait for my family to gather around at Christmas this year for someendless laughs while playing this game , Trust me when I say it is hilarious trying to figure out the cards, and you will laugh till your belly hurts! :)

Great for a girls night in or friends get together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My friends and I loved playing this game! We played it during a girls night and it was fun to try to decode the clues. Some of them came easier and some of them were harder. It also showed us how some people think which is interest to see if the more sexual cards haha. I plan on bringing this game to our New Years get together and making it into a drinking game as well, number of points = number of drinks you are giving out to make it more of a party drinking game! They should make additional add in packs cause if you play this all the time, you might be able to memorize the clues next time.

Decodables is a delightful and straightforward game, featuring cards with clever hints that challenge players to unravel phrases. It encourages your inner Sherlock Holmes to come to life.
During an early Christmas celebration, I introduced Decodables to my family, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The game's simplicity allowed us to dive right in, with family members across the room enthusiastically shouting their guesses. The game's appeal is evident it doesn't demand any special setup, and its rules are easily grasped.
Although the game suggests 3-8 players, my husband and I have been enjoying it as a duo to unwind. Surprisingly, the fun factor remains high, complete with giggles and hushed whispers so as not to wake our sleeping son.
One potential drawback is the concern that repeated play with just two players might lead to memorizing the phrases, giving us an unfair advantage. However, given the ample number of cards with varying difficulties, it seems this won't be an issue anytime soon. Despite this, I appreciate the game's simplicity, making it accessible for others to join in the excitement. Overall, Decodables has been a delightful addition to our game nights.

So much fun!

We love trying new board games, and so of course we were very excited to be given the opportunity to try this Decodables board game for free!
Now, I wouldn't play this game with my kids even if they were 40, unless we kept out the pre-sorted cheeky themed cards! Otherwise, it really would be SO much fun with younger family members as well, as the majority of the cards are suitable for most ages. We mixed them ALL in for this game night with friends
Decodables is definitely a party board game for grown ups with all the cards in! It would be perfect for a Bachelorette / Bachelor party! This is a 'fun to play' brain-teaser / word puzzle game that's so addictive. It only took us a quick round to get the hang of it, and the laughter just got louder from there!
Basically, there are 3 stacks of puzzle cards / 3 levels of difficulty. Easy, Medium & Hard. Each card has a phrase to decode. This is a 'think outside the box' game. The codes are quite clever, and if no one can solve it, there's a clue on the back.
There's also a bit of related trivia on each card, which was fun, and interesting! Anyone can shout out the answer. The first person to answer the fastest & collect 3 cards wins! This game was a blast! It's difficult to say who won, because we were laughing so hard Even the clues are funny! We WILL be playing this again over the holidays +++!
If you're looking for an entertaining evening full of laughs, be sure to check it out! Have a fun holiday season everyone!

Perfect for Parties!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you love playing games with large groups of friends, invite Decodables to your next party. The game includes three sets of cards with a varying level of difficulty. Each card presents a word/picture riddle that you try to decode (and shout out the answer) before anyone else to gain points.
The riddles are very creative and with the exciting shout out your answer aspect, it makes for a fun game to play with a bigger group.
While this is labelled Adult Advisory, the more mature cards are separated from the others when purchasing. I simply removed the more adult-themed cards so it could be played by tweens as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

SO MUCH FUN

The game is super simple to understand, nothing complicated but you do have to think with some of the cards. There are three levels of difficulty, green-easy, yellow-medium, red-hard, and a separate nsfw pile of cards, so you can always keep it clean if you want/need to. This is a group game but I had a lot of fun playing it with just my sister over the phone, you hold up the card and a person has to decode the phrase/saying on the card, there are hints you can give them and a little info you can read about it. The easy cards were the best, the medium also perfect but the hard was just so difficult, amazing if youre up for a challenge, I cant imagine how chaotic this could get while drunk. There are some pop culture references but you could play this at almost any age because most of the cards are common things all people know/heard. I was always looking for new games and this is a good game to keep around. I cant wait to play this again.
