The 3700ESSENTIAL has been a nice addition to my kitchen. It makes a smooth, rich espresso and the steam wand froths milk better than I expected at this price point. It’s also pretty compact, which is great for my limited counter space.
The only thing I noticed is that it can be a bit noisy when starting up, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, it’s a dependable machine that delivers good coffee every morning.

I have had owned the model 3700 since 2023. I wanted a more compact unit and this one works great! I use it daily and especially like the adjustable steam.

Overall I am pleased with the product, for the price it delivers a good cup of coffee, milk heating and frothing ability. You need to improve the porta-filter it can quite difficult to attach when overfilled with just a minor amount of powder. Thanks
