I like the size and how quick it brews the coffee and keeps it warm. The only draw back is the inside doesnt wash completely clean with soap and water.

After we figured out how to make the coffee, we love this urn! It keeps the coffee extremely hot ( this was one of our criteria before purchasing)

Very handful for small party and easy to use.
Only one suggestion that surface become hot after brewing so for kids safety think about it.
