Terrible for mailing

Still doesn't state that it requires a minimum of lb weight to register at all. Very shady for them to not say that. Buyer beware. Terrible for mailing.

Good Scale, but...

Good scale but does not register any weight under one pound. Item must be over one pound to activate the scale and then you will see a weight on the display. Had I known that I would not have bought it. This minimum weight is NOT listed in the description of the product.

Not for weights less than 1lb

After setting up this scale I realized it will not display weights less than 1lb. This information is shown in the user manual, but not listed anywhere online. We ship a handful of items each day that are under a pound, so we cannot use this scale. Other than that it seems to be really nice and easily interfacing with our shipping software
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please be informed that the S100 and S250 scales should be able to weigh items with a minimum weight of 0.2lbs whereas the S400 will need a minimum of 0.5lbs. Should the items that are being weighed over the minimum number but not registering, please ensure that the scale is plugged in or replace the batteries.
