I purchased the flip 4 few weeks ago
The sound quality is very good. The sound itself does not "shake the house" but for a portible speaker it sounds great!!

I've used many speakers at the beach but this one is the clear best. The battery life, vivid sound, and waterproofing make this a clear winner. I recommend it to all of my friends

Not compatible with Connect in the JBL Xtreme

My JBL Xtreme has Connect and it is not compatible with the Flip 4 and Connect+ This is unexpected and very disappointing. I am unable to connect the two speakers via party up mode. The same will be true of any speaker with the older version of Connect, like the Flip 3

We do apologize that the Charge 3 did not live up to your expectations. For the Connect feature, we are currently discussing plans to have an update for the devices with connect feature to be updated to connect+ but there are no ETA's for these plans yet. Great, but there's audio delay!

It is perfect for listening music, but always when I watch videos on YouTube the sound is delayed. The delay is like 0.6 to 1 seconds. Please help

The FLIP 4 is mainly designed for audio playback. Using Bluetooth connection from the speaker to the source, for instance, will encounter this Lip-Sync delay issue. It's because the Video and Audio playback of the source takes time to be processed via Bluetooth going to the speaker. However, if you will be using an auxiliary cable, this will lessen the process of Audio Playback and it will surely resolve the Lip-Sync delay issue.

Impressive quality.

I just bought this a week ago and havent looked back. Blue. I toss it in the washing (not running) machine to give the bass a bit more badump. For the price you cant go wrong. It sounds much better than the last speaker i had, cost more than the Flip 4. The battery lasts all day, depending on your volume settings. In this one week i have dropped it twice, off an pallet jack and another time jumping off the mast off a forklift. Id say 5ft. Still works like a charm. Not a scratch.
The sound is impressive. I listen to almost everything. Everything sounds good. Ill be ordering the camo flip 4 and a charge to have a nice system when i ride my bicycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!
