... the startup and shutdown sounds is extremely annoying. Is missing an option to switch that off.

I just bought this 2 months ago. I love it its really good but the charger has already craped it self so I need to get another flip 4 sadly

Connect+ is terrible

So JBL is prepared to roll out their new connect+ technology(which definitely will NOT compatible with your old JBL connect speakers) every year, huh? That's terrible and customers with old connect devices feel isolated.

We have actually just released an update for the Charge 3---it is now Connect+ compatible. It was newly released on the 15th of October. We are slowly trying to progress on this, however there is no word yet on making the same updates for our other portables. Bought this couple months ago and has not disappointed me. The speaker is AMAZING, Really surprised me by the sound quality, loudness. Highly recommend buying this speaker

I bought this speaker because a friend of mine has the Flip 3 and Flip 4 and he loves them. Whenever we host events I bring mine and we combine our speakers and it's so much louder! For small speakers these are crazy loud.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Flip 4 is not compatible to pair with JBL Extreme

The connect plus feature on JBL Flip 4 is unable to pair with JBL Extreme. I have both the speakers was very excited to use the ultimate connect feature but it was a big flop. I hope JBL releases a fix for this problem soon. Performance wise both the speakers have excellent audio quality.
