Please, help

I have an Asus zenfone 3 phone (ze520kl) and a JBL flip column 4 When I connect two devices using bluetooth then the audio adjustments are synchronized. That is, if I add or decrease the sound on the column, it automatically lowers the volume on the phone and vice versa. Because of this, I have a problem with sound control. What can I do in this case?

Recently purchased the Flip 4. Sound quality is amazing. Problem is I can only skip to the next track. I CAN'T GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS TRACK.

Best thing JBL makes for my money. Can handle any type of music you throw at it, any volume. Biggest bang for the buck. Dig the funky colors!

I just bought this thing for black friday and I think it is a great piece of technology, the audio holds a lot of depth and that is really great however, the port that covers the charger and aux input is actually impossible to open by hand. These kid of things really don't make sense to me. When this thing was in development did you never try to open the port lid? i understand that its made that way to keep water out, and that's cool and all, but like add a tab to hold on to so i dont have to find a screwdriver every time i want to charge this thing. Thank you for listening to my TED talk.

Had for almost half a year. Outlasted all my other name brand speakers and it’s been at the bottom of a lake. Highly recommend

Just figured out to use the app how its supposed to be used. I have two connected together and the sound is pretty amazing. I have 2 more coming for christmas. Cant wait to connect 4!!!

This speaker is great. I live in Trinidad(an island in the Caribbean). I saw this online and I said i have to have it. Turns out it was a great decision I made.
I made an observation where when I play music at a 80-100% volume level, the treble overpowers the bass. But nonetheless good for a $100.00 speaker
