Amazing Quality!

This brand of speakers is excellent! The sound is increbly good. It's super loud and clear. The base is perfectly played in this medium speaker. It's portable, light-weight,w hich makes it easy to take anywhere. I am really proud I bought it.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter ,owned 2 JBL Flip 2 speakers for few years Run hard and great..This is new addition to family and will last..Highly Recommend John..

Dead right our of the box

Let me prefix this by saying I have been selling consumer electronics for 20 years in retail,wholesale, online and even as a distributor for an entire country for products.
I purchased the unit in Europe when I was there a week or so ago, I finally got home from my trip and unpacked the unit today.
As soon as i unpacked the unit I immediately put it on charge and left it on charge for 12 hours.
After this time I then tried to power it up, the connects to bluetooth but has no output whatsoever, no power up sound no nothing , I have a brand new S9, so I tried my wifes iphone same issue no sound, after much reading and troubleshooting it's now obvious that the unit is dead on arrival, this is something that I would expect from some generic off brand unit but not from jbl.
So now unless I plan to fly back to Europe in the next 12 months I have a very expensive IPX rated paperweight.
I've used a tone of jbl and Harmon products in the past from car audio, headphones all the way to home amplifiers and this will be the last, I've had issues in the past with other harmon home products that where under warranty but just inconvenient to have to send things away that should just work out of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
