The indoor music quality is good and loud but outdoors isn’t really good and the battery life dose not last for 12 it nearly last for like max 3hrs by tocerall everyting else is good

Sounds a little bit low for the size of the speaker. Plus there's no features, you can't adjust the bass or treble and the app only let's you connect another speaker
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 2nd flip 4. I was so impressed with the 1st one that I couldn't wait to get my han3on another one ao 8 could get them in stereo.

I did not buy this speaker. However a couple weeks ago we were cleaning up the banks of a local river here in Montana. I found a JBL Flip 4 in some cattail weeds along the bank in water/mud. My friends said I should just throw it away, they said"there is no way that thing will ever work after sitting in river water for the whole winter". I kept it, hung it up for a week to dry it out, plugged it in to charge and the battery light lit up. I couldn't believe it. After it had charged for a bit I connected the speaker to my phone via bluetooth and it WORKED!!! Thanks for making a great speaker that is as tough as they come.

Best Portable Speaker out there.

I bought my Flip 4 because I needed a speaker that would be durable, but at the same look good, and have good sound. I got all of that with this speaker. Extremely durable, waterproof, and impeccable sound. This is what should be in every portable speaker in my opinion. The Passive Bass Radiators add to the sound so much, and they look super cool. I listen to music in the shower with it all the time, and I don't have to worry because it's waterproof. Wherever I go in the Summer, I'm going to take it with me.
