Thanks for your review on our JBL Flip 4 Dee, we're here to help you. It seems like you're experiencing Bluetooth and battery issues with your speaker. Let's try to troubleshoot. Try resetting your speaker back to its factory default settings to see if we can get it to connect to your devices through Bluetooth again. While the speaker is on you may do this by pressing and holding the Volume + and Play/Pause buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds until the speaker shuts off on its own. Before turning it back on, remove the speaker from the available Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone/tablet. Power the speaker on then try to pair it to your device again. As for the battery, it could be the charging cable so try using a different micro USB cable to charge your Flip 4 and see if it improves.
