There are two connection protocols Connect and Connect+ and that is specified in nowhere in the product description. That means that if you want to connect JBL Flip 4 (connect protocol) and JBL Flip 4 (connect+ protocol) is not possible!!! Very disappointing and frustrating!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

CAN GO THROUGH ANYTHING

I bought my speaker over a year ago and It was one of the best investments I’ve made. I seriously left this speaker outside for a whole week on accident during the summer with the heat and a huge rain storm. Once I realized where my speaker was I thought it was over and I would have to buy another one BUT NO it turned on right away ready to connect to my phone. I recommend this speaker to anyone because it can seriously go through anything.

Good but..

the column is light and compact with nice sound but 1 month after my warranty expired it started cracking and shutting itself off even though it was loaded. definitely not recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Happy Birthday to Me

I have not gotten to use this speaker for long as I just got it for my birthday today, but I am extremely happy with the sound quality and connection speed. I will carry this in my backpack daily and listen to it at work and in the shower.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use

Sounds great, easy to use (including pairing with another speaker), battery life less than expected. Used two fully charged paired speakers for a party and they ran out of juice in 4.5 hours.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The first one I bought was horrible....it had a busted speaker and had lots of static but I love JBL speakers so I took it back to the store and exchanged it.. the 2nd one works perfectly... I hope it continues to work this well in the future.
