Big sound...Little package !!!

Very happy with this sound amp...Has really big sound but came with the wrong charging cable..
Have extras so no biggie...Bought it for the sound
and water proof capability...

No instructions included

The only included instructions is a "Quick Start Guide" which for some bizarre reason includes no instructions on how to link the speaker through Bluetooth. So the only way to use this speaker is with an aux cable. Making the "wireless" feature completely pointless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wash my JBL Flip 4 on accident. It was in a commerical washer with extra wash and rinse. Still plays great....WATER PROOF!!!!!

Solid Sound

As a speaker, the JBL Flip 4 has an incredible depth of sound—awesome! I was hoping to use this as a speaker in my classroom to amplify the sound of the class video meeting and pick up more voices (with its internal microphone). However, when using it on a video meeting (Google meet), it sounds foggy when projecting voices or a video. Some students report the microphone is weaker than my mac's build-in mic, despite it sitting less than a foot from me.
In conclusion, the Flip 4 is a powerful speaker for playing music or videos, but is not the best choice as a speakerphone alternative when used with an online video meeting service (i.e., Zoom or Google Meet). To me, it's a great speaker and I'm still happy I purchased it! :)

This is not my first purchase of JBLs Flip 4, I have them matched up with JBL Charge 4, and I tell you this combo works. Mind you the Flip 4 and the Charge 4 are awesome by themselves, but matched up!! Well you have to hear it for yourself, then you can tell me the right words to use when you try to describe the sound that youll hear!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I already had purchased one JBL Flip 4 and needed another one because I decided to hook the first one up to one of my TV's. This one was sold as refurbished and it apparently is like having purchased another new one. Very satisfied.

Incredible bass!

I bought this a few days ago and I must say, it is the best speaker I’ve used so far! USB-C would have been nice but micro will do for now. It has amazing bass for is water bottle size.
