I’m very satisfied with this speaker. I wanted something small and portable, yet loud and clear. And that’s exactly what I got. I like that it’s waterproof because I keep it in the bathroom and listen to it while I’m in the shower usually. I got the red color and I love it, looks great. I have Certainly got a lot of use from a single charge. if this product had a little more functionality with the app, it’d have an easy 5 stars. Would like to be able to turn it on/off through the app, connect/disconnect Bluetooth. Or if it could listen to voice commands to turn volume up/down.

Best Christmas Gift Ever!!

I bought this for our granddaughter because she was always using my husband's. The sound is excellent. The size is perfect as my 13 yr granddaughter takes it everywhere she goes. I also bought the protection cover as well as a carrying case. I would recommend this item to everyone!

She's chic and functional. I'd totally purchase another JBL in the future. Battery's solid for a whole night out, just keep your phone plugged in while on BT/aux.

Bought one initially to replace an Altec Lansing Lifejacket Speaker. The Lifejacket isn't too bad a bluetooth speaker, but the charge input collapsed into the speaker making it unusable. A common issue with these from what I found out. Anyway, got the Flip 4 to replace and was immediately blown away by the sound of this little gem. It's nearly perfect in my opinion and I have no complaints whatsoever. The sound quality is that good. I bought a second F4 for myself to use with my NAS when I'm on the go. I use an interface program on my Samsung Galaxy Tab to access my server and everything plays well together from tablet, to software, to speaker. Couldn't be happier. I'd recommend the F4 over the Flip 5 because the F5 uses only one speaker vs 2 with the F4, plus you lose the external 3.5mm input with the later model. Go with the Flip 4 and don't look back. Best bluetooth speaker in it's class.

Great sound

This was on my Christmas wish list and was delighted when I received it. I was impressed with the quality of the sound and the ease of use. As a 74 yr old woman this was important to me. No my husband wants one. Also my 13 year old great granddaughter wanted one for Christmas too, which l got for.

Poor craftsmanship

I've had this speaker for only 10 months and now it won't take a charge anymore. I gently use this product. It's unacceptable for it to have junked out already. I completely regret buying this speaker.
I wish I had more hands so, I could give this speaker four thumbs down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
