I could hear the speaker from outside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a while ago and its amazing I have know problems with it it was very easy to hook up.i got it in the mint green color and everybody was amazed when I hosted my outside parties

Got this for the wife. On mothers days gift. She love it so much it's alway on. The sound is amazing!! And the bass is deep. Will buy again.

Fatal Flaw!

I have two Flip 3's and was very excited to check out the Flip 4's. They definitely sound better to my ears, a bit brighter and warmer at the same time. However, as one online reviewer pointed out, the Flip 4 constantly FORGETS it is in Stereo mode. This is amazingly annoying when connecting via your phone as you have to keep going into the app, waiting for the speakers to be recognized, then setting them to Stereo. But on top of this, it is then IMPOSSIBLE to pair them in Stereo to a Mac, or other BT source. What??? While I use them occasionally from my iPhone when I travel, I mostly use my mac to stream my tunes and this is completely unacceptable. So unless JBL fixes this in a firmware update, I'd say Connect+ = Connect MINUS.

Next/previous buttons

Sound quality is impressive. Speaker is waterproof and I'm using it very often while taking a shower. However my phone IS NOT waterproof so I can't change song. Next/previous buttons can be very useful in 5th edition.
