Recently purchased the flip4 and I am extremely picky about my sound. This outplays my bose speaker and it is water proof. Kudos to this tech team! Problem is I listen to it when I go to bed. Is there a timer feature I am not aware of?

Sorry to hear of this problem you are having. Please try using a different USB charging cable and plug it in at an alternate power source to isolate the issue. Yes, the FLIP 4 is set to auto-volt. You can plug it into either 110V or 240V outlets. I noticed that you are in Pernambuco. If the issue persists, please contact the store where it was purchased and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can help.
I love the sound of this speaker. I bought it so that I could have something to listen to when I'm outside grilling but I find myself carrying this speaker all around the house. Glad I bought it!
I bought two flip 4 just for the connect+ feature. It works flawlessly with the iphone. But the main reason for me was to use it with a computer. So far I couldn't manage to make it work. There is no information online neither.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. As long as your computer is capable of streaming audio via Bluetooth and its Bluetooth driver supports A2DP Audio codec, the FLIP 4 should work without any issue. The FLIP 4 does not require any specific drivers. It utilizes the standard Bluetooth Stereo Audio drivers available in most computers. There are two different Bluetooth protocols, one for Headset Audio used for talking on the telephone, and the other for high quality stereo audio listening. Being that the FLIP 4 is a speaker; your computer must connect to the FLIP 4 using the Stereo Audio protocol. Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. This setup usually provides a setup wizard and will take you through the steps to install the drivers needed for Stereo Audio.
I just bought this speaker to complement a Charge 3 I purchased less than a year ago only to find out that they don't pair! The speaker is good. It's loud and has great sound quality, it even sounds a tad better than the more expensive Charge 3, but the fact that it does not pair with a device that is not much older is ridiculous. I would only recommend this product if you plan on updating your speakers regularly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are currently testing the CHARGE 3, and can not yet say if Connect+ will work on it. The hardware used in these products is different from that in the newer products, which come with Connect+ standard. If the results ( connectivity issues, product issues, quality issues ) are not in line with the high standard that we set for our products, we may not be releasing such an update to the Charge 3. If an update however will be possible, this update will be released through our JBL Connect mobile app, available on iOS and Android devices, and you will get a notification from within the app, telling you an update is available.
